Between approximately 10:30 and 10:50 CEST, some users were unable to access the platform due to an unexpected service disruption.

The issue has now been resolved, and access has been fully restored. We are continuing to monitor the platform to ensure everything remains stable.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the problem.
